What type of guarantee do you offer (return policy)? Our jewelry items are custom, personalized pieces made specifically for you. We take pride in creating high quality products with only the highest quality components. They are 100% returnable for workmanship or quality issues only in the form of a repair or identical replacement item. Within 90 days of purchase (with a copy of the receipt) if we made a mistake it will be corrected at our expense. (This does not include lost charms.) If a mistake was made on your part, you will be charged for the correction (ie, a restringing fee as shown below). If your bracelet does not fit properly, we will resize it for free, one time (a return shipping and handling fee of $5.00 will apply). Any further resizing requests will be charged at the following rates. Free resizing does not apply to necklaces ~ any required necklace resizing will be at the rates below:

What are shipping charges? All orders within the US and Canada are shipped FREE via 1st Class USPS Mail (delivery time of 2-14 days AFTER production time*).
Shipping insurance is not required, but is highly recommended. Your order will be packaged carefully and securely. We will not be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items while in transit if shipping insurance is not purchased. An option to purchase insurance is available during checkout.

USPS Domestic Priority Mail (1-3 days AFTER production time*) is available for a charge of $6.00 which includes Delivery Confirmation.
USPS Express Mail (overnight to MOST areas after production time*) is available for $25.00.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? We try to ship items as soon as possible. Our normal production time for custom items such as Mothers, Grandmothers, Name Bracelets, Custom Rosaries, etc. is 3-5 business days. Can I have my bracelet resized? Yes, you may have a bracelet resized (exception: Rosary Bracelets may ONLY be lengthened, not shortened), however, please take the time to measure carefully. Resizing ONE TIME IS FREE (within 90 days with receipt) ($5.00 shipping charge applies), however, any further resizing is an additional cost, plus $5.00 shipping. Swarovski Crystal Lead Information & California Proposition 65 Warning Due to the new CPSIA law passed by the federal government, as of February 10, 2009, it is illegal to sell jewelry containing more than 1 gram of Swarovski crystals intended for children 12 and under. All components we use to create our jewelry and other pieces are lead free except Swarovski crystals. We offer a lead-free alternative for Swarovski crystals in our children's pieces, Czech fire-polished glass beads. All of our pieces are made here in Winfield, IL. Nothing we make is mass-produced. Everything is individually handcrafted to ensure safety, quality and beauty in each piece. For our children's jewelry, we use only natural pearls without coatings or dyes and all of our silver components are genuine .925 sterling silver. Children's pieces that do contain Swarovski crystals fall within the legal limits of one gram or less.
As with all jewelry intended for children, for safety's sake, we insist that you insure your child does not put any of our pieces in his/her mouth!

Are Swarovski crystals safe to wear? Yes. Please see the letter below written by a Swarovski employee in response to building questions about the safety of leaded crystal.
"Recently, there has been an increased regulatory focus on potential human exposure to lead from various consumer products, including jewellery. Crystal has unique properties. The crystal manufacturing process creates a matrix which inhibits the mobility of lead. In other words, lead is bound into the structure of the crystal. Because of this structure, lead crystal poses no significant risk of excessive lead exposure to human health via surface contact (hand to mouth), mouthing or even ingestion. Indeed, Swarovski crystals have been tested under a variety of test methods for extractable lead. Test conditions and procedures do vary, but lead levels are well below regulatory limits even when the crystal is tested in an acid solution to maximize the release of lead.
Most authorities considering lead in crystal have concluded that limits on total lead should not apply to crystal. In 2006, for example, the California Attorney General settled a lawsuit brought in the state alleging exposure to lead from jewellery. The court-approved settlement agreement, as well as the later legislatively enacted Californian AB 1681, established limits for lead in metals and several other components, with stricter standards for jewellery intended for children 6 and younger. Significantly, in recognition of the limited risk of availability of lead from crystal, the settlement agreement as well as California AB 1681 allows the continued use of crystal without limitation in jewellery not intended for children. For children 6 or younger, up to 1 gram of crystal may be used in such jewellery. These same standards were adopted in the state of Minnesota. Similar bills are pending in other states, but some states are considering or have adopted new limits on lead that do not include an exemption for crystal.
Therefore you are in no danger in touching crystals. This is also the reason that there are no specific recommendations about touching or using crystal, however, we do not recommend that crystals are put in the mouth, swallowed, choked on or inhaled under any circumstances, or are used as children's toys due to the small parts hazard."
